You will find amazing wildlife including golden orioles, short-toed eagles and bee-eaters, pine martens, porcupines, nightingales and fireflies in spring.   A couple of kilometres down a white road, you could be in the middle of nowhere, but actually you are just a five minute drive from the supermarket and ten minutes from the autostrada.   The house itself has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional shower-room downstairs. A large well equipped cooks kitchen with two fridges and Smeg oven, an enormous cool sitting room with a grand piano and an adventure playground.

The medieval village of San Gemini is just 3.5 kilometres away and has almost everything you could need with a good supermarket, restaurants, cafes, garage, hardware shop and pharmacy plus, of course, wonderful people.   You are also in easy striking distance of some of Italy’s most wonderful cities and towns including Todi, Spoleto, Orvieto, Amelia, Perugia and Assisi, not to mention Rome just over an hour away.
